Educational Services Committee

The Educational Services committee provides opportunities to support our members in their professional development. 

This committee is responsible for determining the PD funding for our Members. The current funding for contract teachers is up to $750.00 every two years, and Occasional teachers/LTO teachers can access up to $375.00 every year. The PD fund allows Members to participate in workshops, attend conferences, or purchase materials that support their learning. In order to apply for PD funding, fill out the following form and return it to officemgr@d22.osstf.ca, or send it to D22 through the DSBN courier.

The Ed. Services committee is also responsible for planning future PD workshops for members and reviewing resources. The committee meets and discusses a variety of workshops and resources that will help further our Members' knowledge and understanding of both OSSTF/FEESO and topics that pertain to education. These workshops are promoted in our All-Member emails.
